About Yoss Burger
Freshness in Panama is the name of the game for Yoss Burger Bar. Opened in July of 2019 by current owner Yossi Morad, this burger place is the home of fast and elegant burgers.
Yossi opened Yoss Burger with the thought in mind to make a restaurant that he himself would want to eat at. One with food that comes out fast, tastes good, and where the customer experience reigns over all else. That philosphy drives everything that they do, from fresh buns made from scratch and baked that day to the highest quality meat and chicken they can get.
Taking a look inside Yoss Burger, you're not overwhelmed. Neutral tones and earthy shades of color give you a space that is calming to your eyes. It allows you to relax and let your other senses, namely your smell and taste, heighten and experience the food the way that the team at Yoss intend.
The cook behind Yoss Burger is another componenet that has kept the restaurant going. Elior Abraham, born in Israel, has more than 20 years of experience cooking and baking. He's worked in restaurants in Tel Aviv, and countless more in Panama, and currently does private events and teaches cooking classes.
The food that Elior has helped create is paramount to Yoss Burger. Burgers like the Mexican Burger and Teriyaki Burgers are specialized to the menu, drawn from inspiration that the chef has taken from his 2 decades of inspiration.
But that's not where the inspiration stops. Of course, their menu could not stand on burgers alone. A signature favorite comes from the Beef Kebab al Carbon, a kebab that fuses Mediterranean flavors and Mexican flavors. Their desserts keep the themes going with homemade fudge and Hot Choclate souffle.
