From the creator of the French restaurant Maison Ostrow in South Florida, comes an all new sandwich concept. Chef Olivia Ostrow is embarking on a new culinary adventure, a Baguette-only sandwich brand.
They plan to launch the brand in March 2026, and are going to start with delivery and pickup before expanding into other grab & go locations. They will also be doing catering trays, but you can expect something very different from your usual trays, which is in character for Chef Olivia.
Olivia Ostrow is a celebrated Paris-born chef with a chaotic and unique energy. Every food venture that she sets out on shows her one-of-a-kind energy and creative culinary prowess. She has cooked in events alongside other big names like Andrea Bocelli, Liev Schreiber, Amar’e Stoudemire, Chef Todd English, Ziggy Marley, Romero Britto, DJ Irie, and Alonzo Mourning.
This brand will be Pareve and Meat, with different baguette flavors and sandwiches to choose from. The menu is being kept under wraps, but you can expect a journey of sandwiches and dishes from all over the globe; all in a baguette. Everything, from the baguettes to charcuterie boards to meats will be made completely in-house.
