The Israeli restaurant chain Ruben, known for its signature take on the classic Reuben sandwich and hearty smoked meats, is bringing its beloved menu to Cooper City, Florida, marking the brand’s expansion into the American market.

Ruben has built a loyal following with its focus on slow-smoked meats and its signature sandwich, a nod to the iconic Reuben that the chain has made its own. The new Cooper City location will give South Florida residents their first taste of the concept, which has earned a reputation for quality ingredients and smoky flavors.

This new location will be added to the more than 25 other locations, and the first to break into the United States. It will be in the Aroma Market Plaza on Stirling Road, about 20 Minutes from Hollywood and under the ORB Supervision.

Cooper City, a tight-knit community in Broward County, has seen growing demand for diverse dining options in recent years, making it a natural landing spot for an internationally recognized brand.

The opening is expected to draw both the area’s large Jewish community as well as locals looking for something new on the South Florida food scene.
