About Bagel Time Cafe
Fully renovated in the Summer of 2014, Bagel Time Café is a modern dairy restaurant in Miami Beach under new ownership. Those who know the area will remember the original Bagel Time for their basic breakfast and lunch options. Bagel Time Café however is a whole new and upgraded establishment. It’s been taken over by restaurant pros, Jay and Sharon Beck, who have years of restaurant management and culinary skill under their belts. They’ve turned the place into a destination. Walking into the café, it feels more like South Beach, than Miami Beach. The bright green décor is clean, modern and inviting. Although with free delivery anywhere in Miami you won’t even need to leave the beach to get a taste!
Chef Jay Beck has plenty of experience in the restaurant business. He was the executive chef at the gourmet supermarket, Pomegranate in Brooklyn, as well as the chef and owner of Country Café in upstate New York. Bagel Time Café focuses on getting the freshest ingredients for their vegetarian, dairy based menu. Chef Beck is turning out classic homemade dishes like Hot, Crispy Mozzarella Sticks, Grilled Fish and Fresh Soups. But the menu doesn’t end there. There are options for every taste, from omelets and salads to pastas, pizzas and everything in between. The new and improved Bagel Time Café has it all. They even make all their own pastries and desserts daily, including Muffins, Tiramisu, Cheesecake and Ice Cream!
Bagel Time Café boasts a large dining space and since they are not open for dinner, they offer a beautiful private party space in the evening as well as full service catering, upon request. They can cater to any size party with advance notice. And for your sanity, the owners have made arrangements for free parking across the street for Bagel Time Café and Chinca Beach customers only. This will make it easier for customers to come by and have a relaxing sit down breakfast or lunch, whether it be indoors or in their outdoor seating area. If you are in a hurry and just want to pick up a freshly squeeze juice or latte, they do offer curbside service, which is very convenient since they are the closest restaurant to the Miami Airport. Simply put, Bagel Time Café is an institution that will continue to serve the people of Miami Beach by offering them convenience, unparalleled service and delicious food.
