About Fialkoff’s Pizza Monticello
The Fialkoff’s phenomenon kicked off back in 1973, when Moshe and his family traveled in from Israel determined to bring the finest, freshest, most flavorful kosher pizza to Monticello, NY. And boy, did they treat their customers’ taste buds! From the moment they first rolled the dough and spread the cheese, Fialkoff’s became a camp craze and a bungalow bonanza. People drove in in droves to sample the best pizza in town.
