Fireside, named for the warm fire that greets you just before entering, is a postmodern American steakhouse, hinting at familiar foods while engaging a modernist flirtation that keeps the menu both approachable and sophisticated, transitioning with seasonal and inter-seasonal changes.
Started by founding chef Alexander Remer and passing the baton to Executive Chef Michel Abramson a few years ago, the restaurant is as good as ever.
Menu items include all in house made aged crusted ribeye, meat pizzas, pulled brisket nachos, slow-braised short ribs. as well as Cocktails, beer and wine. Check out their mouthwatering desserts like their creme brulee or chocolate marshmallow lava cake. They are rich and satisfying, uniquely retro in portion, and flare.
