The return of Serge and Yardena Gorge to the Great Neck neighborhood brings with it an exciting new venture: Bistro Burger, an upscale burger bar that opened its doors in December 2013.

At the helm of Bistro Burger's kitchen is Executive Chef Serge Gorge, whose culinary journey has taken him from Luxembourg to Switzerland and across various esteemed kosher restaurants. His previous venture, Bistro Grill, garnered widespread acclaim and even earned him the Gold Medal Award from Long Island Food Critic as the Best Kosher Restaurant in the area.

Despite its laid-back appearance, Bistro Burger boasts a menu that reflects Chef Gorge's commitment to quality and innovation. Signature burgers like the Bistro Burger with corned beef and the Chili Burger Deluxe with crispy smoked turkey have become instant hits.
